Decide on a Tour Package for your team (Option 1, 2, 3 or 4).

Submit Requirements

Fill in the form on your chosen "Package" page or get in touch via phone / email. We will then provide further instructions on how to sign your team up.

Receive Full Quote

The Europa Cup will be in touch to discuss your requirements and provide a full quote for your Team

Payment Plan

You will be required to pay a deposit upon booking (further info below), with your final balance due by 14th March 2025.

Please note that all payments are in £ sterling. We are also able to provide quotes in € Euros – please select at time of Booking Request.

Package Options 3 & 4

For coach travel from the UK

Our Executive Coaches are either 33-seater or 49-53 seater. To keep costs down, we recommend filling your coach as close to capacity as possible. For smaller group sizes, please do get in touch and we can help match you will nearby teams to avoid any surcharges for under-capacity buses. Alternatively, you may have another team from your club interested, and you can attend together.

Room Types

Accommodation room types can feature the following:
Single (1 person, 1 small bed),
Twin (2 people, 2 small beds)
Double (2 people, 1 large bed)
Triple (3 people, 1 large bed + 1 small bed/sofa bed)
Quad (4 people, 1 large bed + sofa bed)

Apartment rooms types are studios for 4 people.

All rooms are subject to availability and first come, first serve.
